Return & Replacement Policy

At HEZOZ Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item delivered is different from what you ordered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Product must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance / final sale (if applicable)

4. Replacement Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Replacement will be arranged based on product availability
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered

5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for eligible approved cases.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet / Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
  • Card Payments: 5–10 business days

Refund timing depends on the payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong / damaged / defective product):

✅ Return shipping cost will be covered by HEZOZ Clothing.

If the issue is not due to our fault:

Additional return shipping charges may apply.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. How to Request a Return / Replacement

To request a return or replacement, contact us with:

  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if product is damaged or defective)
